No. Agents can only see the specific tours they have booked with you directly. Any bookings from other agents, private tours, or personal time off will display as "Unavailable" to protect your privacy.

Yes. We do not ask for a credit card when you activate your Free Account. You can use the calendar, manage your profile, and accept up to 3 bookings per month (i.e. 36 bookings per year), completely free of charge.

If you accept 3 bookings in a calendar month (by date month requested, not tour date), agents can still send you new booking requests. However, to unlock and accept any further bookings that month, you will be prompted to upgrade to a Pro Account. If you choose not to upgrade, your limit resets back to 3 free bookings on the 1st of the next month.

Only bookings you click "Accept" on within the app count toward your monthly limit. Any booking requests that you decline, or ignore do not count toward your 3-booking monthly cap.

Absolutely not. Tour365 is a subscription platform. Whether you charge €100 or €1,000 for a tour, you keep 100% of your earnings. We never take a cut, markup, or processing commission from your hard-earned work. All payments are made between you and the agency as you currently handle them.

You continue to handle payments exactly the way you always have. Once you accept a booking on the app, you and the agent coordinate payment directly (e.g., bank transfer, cash, invoice etc.) according to your normal terms. Tour365 manages the calendar availability, not your payments.

Yes. If you are on Pro Monthly, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your profile, and data will remain completely intact, and you can upgrade back to Pro whenever you want. (Note: Pro Annual is billed once upfront and cannot be partially refunded mid-year. Cancellations are possible at the end of the billing cycle).

Once you claim your account, you will have full access to your in-app calendar. With two taps, you can block off holidays, personal time-off, or days where you have private client bookings. Travel agents will instantly see you as "Unavailable" for those dates. This saves you time from turning down bookings, and unnecessary phone calls.

To protect you from spam and scammers, only licensed, verified travel agencies, tour operators and hotels from your own country, who have been vetted by the Tour365 team can view your contact details on a Directory Listing or send you booking requests on the app.

You can change your plan at any time directly through the Tour365 mobile app or web portal. Upgrades to Pro are instant so you can unlock pending bookings immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

It counts as exactly 1 booking. We calculate limits based on the booking request, not the number of days. If an agency locks you in for a consecutive multi-day excursion under a single request, it only uses up one slot of your monthly Starter cap.

You can list as many languages as you are legally licensed to guide in. Whether you speak two languages or six, you can add them all to your profile to maximize your visibility to agencies. This feature is completely free across all account types.

Tour365 do not enforce arbitrary cancellation penalties. Cancellations are handled directly between you and the agency based on your own business terms. You can release the date back into the app calendar with a single tap so other agents can book you, or agents can find other guides.

We maintain a strict gatekeeping process on the demand side. No random tourists can log in to browse profiles. Every agency must submit their official tourism license and tax registration numbers, which our team manually audits.

Yes. The Tour365 mobile app is fully optimized and free to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You get full mobile utility—including instant calendar updates—on both the Free Account and Pro Accounts.

Not at all. You do not need to leave the app open. The moment an agent sends a booking inquiry or coordinates a detail, our system instantly fires a push notification to your smartphone and an SMS text alert directly to your phone number so you can respond on the go in one click.

We built our directory with publicly available information of licensed tour guides published by the local tour guide associations, to make it easier for verified agents to find you. It is 100% free, but to edit your profile, update your languages, manage your calendar, you just need to claim your Free Account. If you wish we will delete any listing instantly.

We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to be listed in the B2B directory and prefer not to claim your free account, we will permanently delete your data from our database, no questions asked.

We understand that plans change. All cancellation terms, policies, and fees remain strictly between the agent and the tour guide, just as they are handled currently - offline. However, Tour365 acts as your recovery engine: if a cancellation occurs, the slot is instantly freed up on the guide’s calendar to accept new bookings, and the agency can immediately search our live database to secure a replacement. In the near future, cancellation statistics will be visible for both agents and guides; so that both can book with more confidence.
